The Argentine Legal Studies Foundation is a non-profit institution created by a group of lawyers committed to democratic and republican values; Its mission is to generate and facilitate the areas so that the processes of reform and modernization of the justice systems in Argentina are carried out with the participation of the entire legal world, both academic and trial lawyers.
ALSF is an institution made up of legal professionals and other specialties that represent different sectors of society, with the common objective of promoting research and permanent improvementof the judicial system at the federal and provincial levels and facilitating comprehensive judicial reform.
We seek the opening and access of Justice and the strengthening of the Federal Rule of Law, the formulation of judicial public policies, the training of judges, lawyers and other operators, transparency, legal security and access to justice for all sectors social; generating a pole for discussion, study, development and dissemination of the problems of Law and Justice, as values aimed at the economic, social, cultural and human development of Argentines.
Our mission and function aims to:
Develop the legal research necessary to generate a movement of opinion around the problem of justice and its possible alternative solutions.
Stimulate and incentivize with scholarships and prizes the contribution and development of the concepts and values described in this article.
